Happy New Year everyone!

One of my all time favorite products is the Greens. Now I have never been one to eat a whole lot, or any for that matter, fruits and vegetables. It’s not for the lack of trying; I just don’t have an interest in a lot of fruits or vegetables. I was forced to eat them as a child and developed distaste for them. Now that I am getting older, I have realized that I don’t have a choice anymore. I need to eat more not just because I’m told to but because my body physically needs them to be healthy. I have tried everything; it just isn’t the first thing on my list to do for the day…until now!

When I joined It Works, I was excited to hear about one product in particular, Greens! It virtually is exactly as it sounds, GREEN! There is no denying that this product has to be healthy just by looking at it- it is a very bright green!

So here is the deal. If we are looking to lose weight or just plain want to become healthier, it is suggested that we have 8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day! Now you may think there is no way, but I am here to tell you it is actually easier than you think! How about we put two scoops of power into 8oz of juice or water and drink it! Do it in the morning then you are done for the day! I put it into water so I drink more throughout the day and it has shown amazing results for my health! Our bodies are very acidic. Do you know why? Well there are many reasons, it could be from stress, medicines, sweets (we all have a little of that in our system), soda is a huge one, or even just the environment. When our body is acidic, we tend to want to hold or store fat. So what we do to change that is detoxify, energize, and alkalize by simply drinking your greens!

Did you know it takes 32 glasses of water to combat 1 can of soda!!! Whoa! That was enough for me to start drinking greens every single day! I never miss a day I’ve made it a habit to drink it in the morning. It is too easy to do it so why not. There are two ways: greens on the go, which are convenient little packets you pour into a water bottle, or the just 2 small scoops out of the greens jar. There really is no excuse not to do this and for $28 it is accessible to anyone!

Losing weight is easy?

I am not sure where or in what context that statement is true. In fact losing weight is less that easy, it is quite difficult. I know I have struggled, as well as some of my family, for years with weight. it is not easy even a little bit. However, if there was an option to kick-start or boost weight loss would you do it?

I know for me, I needed a kick-start. I needed something to finally "work". I've done the gym thing & haven't seen results-Well not soon enough. It is very discouraging to workout daily & not feel like you see anything. So when I hear there is a product where I can literally see results in 45 min. I had to do it! Then best part is so can you. It seems too good to be true & there are lots of questions but its true! Now don't get me wrong, I am still working out I am just adding to my workout by wrapping! The It Works wraps are paraben free, gluten free, & amazing. Here is what you do. You put the wrap on a designated area to tone, tighten, & firm whatever area you put the wrap. The highest results from the wrap work in the first 45 min. But you can wear the wrap up to 8hours.
I encourage pictures! As much as you don't want to take them DO IT! Before, after 45 min., after 24 hours, & after 72 hours. The wrap will continue to work up to 72 hours. Then you are welcome to do a other wrap. The results, depending on your lifestyle, will last 2-6 months! Now if that doesn't kick-start your weight loss I don't know what will! Starting It

The American Dream comes to mind when I think about the idea of starting a business. It's in my blood. My dad opened up a hardware store when I was young & I saw how hard he worked to make the business as successful as it is today. Well you can say I got my work ethic from my dad because I chose to go forward with my own business as well. 

Although I didn't choose hardware, I did choose health. I joined 'It works' not too long ago & I am starting my journey I feel I am meant to be on. 

Health is a struggle throughout my family. However, living with a mom who turned her health around in a year is a pretty big motivator. In High School, I played 3 sports & managed to still have a weight struggle. After high school I attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where I graduated with an English Education degree. I was right in the middle of the big changes being made to education as we know it. After not being able to find a job, I decided to work in marketing at my dads hardware store where I currently am. 

It was not till recently where my school bills became overwhelming of a recent graduate. I joined 'It Works' on a trial basis. Mainly because I tried the product & loved it. I believe in it so it is a pretty easy sell, not to mention I could use a major health change. 

With a business name like 'It Works' , how could you not be interested!? I'm here to tell you it is the perfect name! But don't take my word for it, try it & see your results!

I would love to help others just like me turn their life around like I have. I love that I am still fulfilling my teaching degree by informing others-it's just a little different.
